VrexAI is an online platform that allows registered users to generate images, voices, music, sound effects, transcriptions and other content using third-party artificial intelligence models, paying with an internal currency called "AI Credits".

This legal notice governs access to and browsing of the website. Purchasing and using the service are also governed by the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

3. Access conditions

Access to the public pages of the website is free. To generate content you must create an account and be at least 18 years old.

Users agree to use the website properly, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm third parties or the service itself.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The website design, source code, logos, trademarks, texts and other elements belonging to VrexAI are owned by [RAZÓN SOCIAL] or used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without authorisation is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

Third-party AI model or provider trademarks and names shown on the website (for example ElevenLabs, MiniMax, Suno, OpenAI or Google) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the available models. Their mention does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

The rules applicable to content generated by users are set out in the Terms and conditions.

5. Liability

The owner works to keep the website running properly but does not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors, and is not responsible for how users use the website or the generated content, as set out in the Terms and conditions and within the limits permitted by law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content.

6. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. If the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction, and they retain the rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.
