1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), serve similar purposes. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
This policy applies to the VrexAI website and application, owned by [RAZÓN SOCIAL] (see the Legal notice), in accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and data protection law.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Technical or necessary: essential for the website to work (signing in, keeping it secure, remembering your language, saving your interface preferences or attributing a sign-up to a referral link). They do not require consent.
- Analytics: they help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it. They are set when you visit the website and you can block or delete them in your browser (see section 6).
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

4. Analytics cookies

We also use Vercel Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without setting cookies or storing identifiers in your browser.
5. Third-party cookies on their own domains
When you pay with Stripe or sign in with Google, you are redirected to pages run by those providers (for example checkout.stripe.com or accounts.google.com), which may set their own cookies for operation, security and fraud prevention. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's and Google's policies.
6. How to block or delete cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and clear the website's local storage data. Your browser's help pages explain how (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
- If you block or delete analytics cookies (
ph_*), the service will keep working normally. - Many browsers and tracker-blocking extensions also prevent analytics.
- If you block technical cookies, you may be unable to sign in or some features may not work properly.
